Industrial 3D printing services
We manufacture plastic prototypes and components from your drawing or develop the design for you. We recommend materials to suit the part’s application, from initial samples to batch production.

Your drawing, or a design we develop together.
Do you already have a component model? We can work from your drawing. If you have a requirement to solve, we develop the part with you, defining its shape, dimensions and function before printing.
Manufacturing from your drawing
Share the model or a dimensioned drawing, quantities and operating conditions. We assess the design and agree on supply requirements.
Component design
Tell us what the part needs to do and where it will be used. We can develop the drawing, considering overall dimensions, mating features and component requirements.
The right plastic starts with the application.
From visual prototypes to functional components: we select the polymer according to the part’s characteristics and operating conditions.
PLA
Prototyping and design
Ideal for visual prototypes, demonstration models and personalised objects, with excellent dimensional accuracy and good surface finish.
Applications
Visual prototypes, scale models, design objects and dimensional samples.
ABS
Mechanical and thermal resistance
An engineering polymer with good resistance to impact, mechanical stress and heat. Suitable for functional components in industrial applications.
Applications
Covers, mechanical supports, housings, fixtures and machinery components.
PC-PBT / GF
High-performance industrial applications
A high-performance engineering polymer with high mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance. Also available in a glass-fibre-reinforced (GF) version for greater stiffness and dimensional stability.
Applications
Structural components, technical supports, industrial fixtures and parts subject to high loads.
TPU
Flexibility and elasticity
A flexible, elastic material with excellent abrasion resistance and strong impact and vibration absorption.
Applications
Seals, anti-vibration elements, impact protection, coverings and flexible components.
Nylon (PA)
Wear resistance and low friction
An engineering polymer with high toughness, good wear resistance and low friction. Ideal for moving mechanical components subject to repeated loads.
Applications
Gears, bushings, sliding guides, supports and functional mechanical components.
Other materials
A choice beyond these examples
PLA, ABS, PC-PBT/GF, TPU and Nylon are just some of the materials available for 3D printing. The choice is not limited to this list: we assess alternatives with you according to the component’s application, mechanical properties, heat resistance, flexibility and operating conditions.
Tell us about your project: we will help you identify the best solution to bring it to life.
From initial samples to batch production.
We can manufacture initial samples and then proceed with component production. With several 3D printers available, we can organise batches in quantities defined around your enquiry.
Sampling and prototyping
A sample allows you to assess the component before production. We agree on what to check: geometry, overall dimensions, fit or intended use.
Component production
Once the design and material are agreed, we organise batch production. Quantities and lead times are agreed for each part.

Information to get your project started.
To request a quote from Eptametal, send a drawing or describe the component you need to develop. Include its application, dimensions, quantities and preferred lead times: we will help you assess design, material and production.
Do I need a finished drawing?
No. We can work from your drawing or develop the component design for you, starting with its intended use and the available dimensions.
Which plastics can you print?
The materials shown are only examples: the choice is not limited to this list. We can assess a wide range of polymers available on the market and work with you to select the most suitable option, considering mechanical properties, heat resistance, flexibility and operating conditions. Tell us your requirements: we will help you choose the best solution for your project.
Can you make a part for outdoor use or high temperatures?
Yes, several materials are available for these applications. We choose the most suitable option with you according to the design and operating conditions. Tell us where and how the component will be used: we will help you identify the right solution.
Can I request a sample before ordering a batch?
Yes. We can manufacture initial samples and then organise batch production using our range of 3D printers. Quantities and lead times are agreed for each enquiry.
Need a 3D-printed part?
Send us your drawing or tell us about the project you need to develop. Include its application and quantities: we will use these details to recommend a solution.
